Dear Families,

We're excited to invite your student to Freshman Orientation on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the large gym. This important event is led by Link Crew, our school's mentorship and leadership program designed to help incoming freshmen make a smooth and successful transition into high school.

At the Link Crew Orientation, your student will:

• Connect with classmates and trained junior and senior Link Leaders
  
  

• Participate in fun, interactive activities
  
  

• Tour the campus and get to know key spaces and people
  
  

• Start building relationships that will support their academic, social, and emotional growth
  
  

Link Crew's goal is simple: to ensure every freshman feels welcome, supported, and ready for the year ahead. Our Link Leaders serve as positive role models, guiding students with encouragement, fostering school spirit, and genuinely embodying Raider pride.

Schedule:

• 9:00 AM: Student drop-off at the large gym
  
  

• 12:00 PM: Freshman BBQ
  
  

• 12:30 PM: Families are invited to join us for the Class Orientation. During this part of the orientation, students will:

  • Receive their class schedules

  • Take their student ID photo

  • Purchase Spirit Packs

  • Get locker and textbook information

  • Join PTSA

  • Learn about school policies, 5-Star, and student support services

Freshman Orientation isn't just the start of high school—it’s the start of belonging. We hope to see your student there!
